KOHAT: Commissioner Kohat Division Syed Motasim Billah Shah conducted surprise inspections of various government offices at the District Complex in KDA Kohat under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government’s Good Governance Programme.
He visited the Health, Education, Revenue, Excise and Taxation departments, the Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) and the Regional Transport Authority to review staff attendance, cleanliness, office management and public service delivery.
The commissioner examined official records and assessed facilities available to citizens. Expressing satisfaction with cleanliness and staff attendance, he directed officials to maintain discipline, ensure hygiene and provide timely, transparent and efficient public services.
He stressed that government employees must address public grievances promptly and perform their duties diligently without negligence.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance) Syed Amir Ali Shah, Deputy District Health Officer Dr Ashfaq Ali, Regional Transport Authority Assistant Secretary Zafar Ayub Wazir and other officials were also present.
