PESHAWAR: Regional Public Engagement Specialist Donna Wiss paid her first official visit to Peshawar, where she toured the Lincoln Corner Peshawar and the Eleanor Roosevelt Corner Peshawar.

Ms. Wiss, who oversees the national network of Lincoln Corners across Pakistan, met with staff members, volunteers, and program participants to review ongoing initiatives and explore new opportunities to strengthen educational and policy-focused programming in the region.

During her visit, discussions focused on enhancing community outreach, expanding academic partnerships, and introducing innovative learning activities aimed at youth engagement and civic awareness.

Later, Consul General Tom Eckert hosted a reception at the consulate in her honor. The event brought together members of the Lincoln Corners team, volunteers, and academic partners for an evening dedicated to collaboration, networking, and community building.

The visit reaffirmed the commitment to promoting educational excellence, cross-cultural dialogue, and community development through the Lincoln Corners platform in Peshawar.
