PESHAWAR: A prestigious reception was held at the Administration Block of the University of Peshawar in honour of Director Sports Bahrakaram on his promotion to Grade 21. Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Johar Ali, senior administrative officers and members of the university’s administration staff attended the ceremony.
The ceremony was attended by Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Johar Ali, Controller of Examinations Ms. Ayesha Salman, Director Admissions Saifullah Khan, Director Planning and Development (P&D) Athar Bangash, Provost Dr. Noor Zada, Director Administration Amil Khan, Registrar Professor Dr. Uraid Ahsan Zia, Quality Enhancement Director Zahoor Ahmed, Additional Controller Mazharullah and Treasurer Naveed Sardar, among other officers and staff members.
Speaking on the occasion, Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Johar Ali said that the Directorate of Sports, under the supervision of Director Sports Bahrakaram, had played a significant role in the promotion and development of sports at the University of Peshawar. He said Bahrakaram’s promotion to Grade 21 was the result of his tireless efforts and dedicated services, adding that his contributions were highly commendable.
The participants congratulated Director Sports Bahrakaram on his promotion to Grade 21 and appreciated his services to the university. The speakers said that he had played an important role in promoting sports, encouraging athletes and improving the university’s sports programmes. They added that his promotion was a recognition of his hard work, professional capabilities and dedicated services.
