Bajaur : District Police Officer (DPO) Bajaur, Muhammad Khalid (PSP), hosted a dignified Iftar dinner at Police Lines Bajaur in honor of the families of police martyrs.
Deputy Commissioner Bajaur, Shahid Ali Khan, also attended the event as a special guest and met with the families of the martyrs, paying tribute to their great sacrifices.
During the ceremony, DPO Muhammad Khalid held detailed meetings with the families of the martyrs, listened to their concerns, and issued on-the-spot instructions to address several issues.
Gifts were also distributed among the guests and the families of the martyrs during the event.
Speaking on the occasion, the DPO stated that the martyrs of the police are the pride of the nation and their great sacrifices will always be remembered. He added that the welfare and well-being of the martyrs’ families remain a top priority for Bajaur Police, and every possible support will continue to be provided to them.
Special prayers were offered at the end of the ceremony for the elevation of the martyrs’ ranks, the security of the country, and national prosperity.
