SHANGLA: On the special directives of District Police Officer (DPO) Shangla Ikramullah, search and strike operations were conducted across the district to maintain law and order, curb criminal activities and ensure the protection of citizens’ lives and property.
During the operations, Shangla Police conducted comprehensive searches in various areas and held meetings with local elders and community representatives. Discussions focused on promoting community policing, combating drug-related activities, identifying suspicious individuals and preventing other crimes.
Local residents were urged to extend full cooperation to police in maintaining peace and combating criminal activities.
Personnel of the District Police, Elite Force, Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) and District Security Branch participated in the operations.
DPO Shangla Ikramullah appreciated the professional performance of the participating officers and personnel and commended their efforts.
He said such operations would continue across the district to maintain law and order, curb criminal activities and ensure the safety and security of citizens.
