SWAT: DPO Lower Dir Taimur Khan has reaffirmed a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of crime, including drug dealing, land grabbing, fake peers and amulets, prostitution, timber mafia, and other anti-social activities. Speaking to the media, he said Lower Dir Police are fully committed to protecting lives and property, eliminating corruption, and ensuring lasting peace in the district.
He highlighted improvements in law and order, enhanced policing, community engagement, facilitation centers, traffic reforms, and infrastructure projects, adding that tourism and business activities have revived due to improved security. The DPO emphasized merit-based investigations, intelligence-led operations, and strict action against top criminal elements, assuring citizens especially overseas residents that Lower Dir is now peaceful, safe, and stable.
