Peshawar: Dr. Kaleem Ullah, former Principal of Deh Bahadar Model High School and Al-Qalam School System, Peshawar, and an official of the Home and Tribal Affairs Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has successfully defended his Ph.D. research thesis and earned his Doctorate Degree in Management Sciences from Qurtuba University of Science and Information Technology, Peshawar.
His research thesis, titled “Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Employees’ Performance and Job Stress: Mediating Role of Organizational Commitment and Moderating Effect of Perceived Organizational Support,” was completed under the supervision of Professor Dr. Imran Khan.
The thesis was rigorously evaluated by two external examiners from reputed foreign universities in the United Kingdom and Malaysia, as well as by Professor Dr. Aftab Haider from the Department of Management Sciences, Bahria University, Islamabad.
A large number of academicians attended the public defense session and appreciated the research work, describing it as a significant contribution to the understanding of employees’ performance, organizational commitment, and workplace stress management.
Dr. Kaleem Ullah expressed gratitude to Almighty Allah for His blessings and acknowledged the tireless efforts, encouragement, and prayers of his parents and wife. He also credited the valuable guidance of his teachers and the consistent support of his department and friends for his academic achievement.
