STAFF REPORT PESHAWAR: Dr Tabiullah, head of the department of governance politics and public policy, Abasyn University, has successfully defended his PhD dissertation in Political Science from the University of Gujrat and was declared eligible for the award of doctorate degree. Hailing from Village Khema, Tehsil Balambat in Lower Dir district, Tabiullah has done his research on “Voting Trends in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: A Case Study of General Elections in Malakand Division (2002-2018)” under the supervision of Dr Ramzan Shahid, while the external examiner was Prof Dr Amina Mehmood from the International Islamic University Islamabad.
