KARAK: District Police Officer Karak Shahbaz Elahi’s special efforts were put into a systematic and effective structure, where the responsibilities were regularly assigned to the dynamic and talented members.

In this connection, the oath -taking ceremony of the newly elected Chairman DRC and the cabinet was held in a very precise manner at the District Council Hall, in which District and Sessions Judge Yasir Shabbir participated as the guest and took the oath of office.

The ceremony was attended by District Police Officer Karak Shahbaz Elahi, DSP Sadat Ali, former District Nazim Mohammad Sharif Khattak, District Bar Association President Akhtar Nawaz Advocate, former President Malik Rehman Advocate, Malik Shams ul Wahab, TMO Karak Majid Khattak and AD Khattak.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairman DRC Javed Hassan Advocate thanked DPO Karak and expressed his commitment that the DRC’s public platform will ensure the delivery of unpaid justice to the people and according to regional traditions, a peaceful and immediate solution will be found.

Speaking on the occasion, DPO Shahbaz Elahi said that DRC is an ideal public welfare institution, which provides justice to the people at their doorstep while reducing the judicial burden. He added that six highly educated members of the DRC Karak have also been included in the DRC Karak to further expand the scope of public services and to protect women from the courts, which will look at women’s cases with gentleness, understanding and sympathy.

In his address, Special District and Sessions Judge Yasir Shabbir said that the DRC Council has legal protection and the judiciary fully supports it. The decisions of the DRC have a legal status, and if any legal complications or guidance is needed, the court will not only cooperate but also the special workshops will be organized for the training of DRC members.

The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran and the national anthem, while on the arrival of the participants, Chairman Javed Hassan, Malik Shams ul Wahab and other members welcomed the guests.
Finally, commemorative shields were also presented to the District Sessions Judge and DPO Karak in recognition of the services.
