PESHAWAR: The concluding ceremony of the e-Office System training was held at the University of Malakand, marking a significant step towards digital governance.
Organized by the Directorate of IT, University of Malakand, the concluding session of the e-Office System training for administrative and sectional heads was held in the Video Conference Room of the university. This training proved to be an important milestone toward the implementation of a modern, efficient, and paperless communication system at the University of Malakand.
The four-day training session was facilitated by Ms. Qurat-ul-Ain, Operations Manager at the National Information Technology Board (NITB), who participated as the resource person and provided detailed and practical guidance to the participants on the effective use of the e-Office System. On this occasion, it was highlighted that this initiative represents a major advancement in the University of Malakand’s journey toward digital transformation and e-governance.
The successful launch of the e-Office System is the result of the visionary leadership and strong patronage of the Honorable Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Rashid Ahmed, who appreciated the tireless efforts and dedication of Dr. Nasir Rashid (Director IT), Dr. Parvez Khan, (Additional Director IT) Mr. Saqib Khan (Deputy Director IT), and the entire IT team. The Honorable Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Rashid Ahmed, also distributed certificates and shields among the participants of the training program.
