Mardan: Coordinator Public Health, District Health Office Mardan, Dr. Robina Riaz has extended her gratitude to the National Institute of Health (NIH) team for successfully conducting the first contact session of the 24th cohort, focused on strengthening the surveillance system through the “One Health” approach.
While addressing the closing session, Dr. Robina especially thanked Dr. Saleem, Dr. Tanveer, Dr. Nosheen, Dr. Mussawir, and Dr. Arsalan for generously sharing their immense knowledge and experience during the intensive five-day training. She acknowledged their tireless efforts, unwavering commitment, and keen interest in enhancing public health capacity through effective teaching and mentoring. Dr. Robina expressed that the skills and insights gained will be practically implemented with full dedication in District Mardan, ensuring a lasting impact on the community’s health and surveillance infrastructure. She also appreciated the participation and enthusiasm of all attendees and added,
The District Health Office Mardan looks forward to continuing collaboration with NIH and other stakeholders for a stronger and healthier future, she concluded.
