Islamabad: The Institute of Management Sciences (IM Sciences) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Edinburgh Napier University (ENU), UK, to launch 2+2 and 3+1 undergraduate articulation programs in Accounting & Finance. This milestone partnership, facilitated by FES Higher Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd, will enable students to begin their academic journey in Pakistan and complete their degrees in the UK.
The MoU was signed during an official ceremony in Islamabad by Dr. Usman Ghani, Director IM Sciences, and Ms. Naomi Graham, Vice Principal International & External Relations at ENU. The event was attended by senior representatives from the Higher Education Commission (HEC), including Dr. Noor Amna, DG NAHE, and Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed, Chairman HEC, who commended the initiative and praised FES’s instrumental role in bridging both institutions. Representatives from the British Council Pakistan were also present and echoed similar appreciation.
This marks ENU’s first articulation agreement in Pakistan and highlights a growing commitment to international academic collaboration. Under the program, students will complete their first two or three years at IM Sciences and finalize their degree at ENU, earning a UK-accredited qualification.
FES Education Consultants, acknowledged for their continued commitment to student success, will provide end-to-end support to IM Sciences students, including application processing, visa counseling, and pre/post-departure services—free of charge.
This collaboration represents a significant step in expanding global education pathways for Pakistani students and strengthening institutional ties between Pakistan and the UK.
