RAWALPINDI: In a phone call with Pakistani Army chief, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, appreciated the constructive and responsible role of the Pakistani government and its continuous and effective efforts to end the war and strengthen peace and security in the region.
In this call, the parties also referred to the recent phone call between Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Dr. Masood Pezeshkian, emphasizing the importance of continuing coordination and pursuing the areas agreed upon in that conversation.
The conversation also discussed the ceasefire violations in Iran and Lebanon by the Zionist regime.
