PESHAWAR: The Jashn-e-Azadi Inter-Club Kabaddi Tournament will be held from August 10 to 14 at the historic Qayyum Sports Complex (Thammas Football Ground), Peshawar, under the auspices of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Kabaddi Association with the support of Regional Sports Officer Peshawar Ahmad Zaman. Secretary Syed Sultan Bari said all preparations and tournament draws have been finalized. The event will feature leading kabaddi clubs from Peshawar, with the final scheduled for August 14, followed by the distribution of trophies and prizes. He said the tournament aims to celebrate Independence Day while promoting Pakistan’s traditional sport among youth.
