PESHAWAR: The newly posted Secretary Information and Public Relations Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Matiullah Khan, was given a detailed briefing on the organizational structure and functions of the Information and Public Relations Department.
Additional Secretary Information Hazrat Ali briefed the Secretary about the department’s various wings, responsibilities and overall organizational structure. The briefing also highlighted the ongoing initiatives and key projects being undertaken by the Information and Public Relations Department.
The meeting was attended by Director General Information and Public Relations Muhammad Imran Khan, Press Registrar Ansarullah Khilji, Director Admin Ibni Amin, Station Director Pakhtunkhwa Radio Peshawar Haroon Rashid, Director Creative Wing Dr Danish Babar, Deputy Secretary Anwar Akbar, Deputy Director IT Zar Ali, Planning Officer Hizbullah and other officers of the Information and Public Relations Department.
On the occasion, Secretary Information and Public Relations Matiullah Khan appreciated the overall performance and progress of the department. He said that coordinated efforts would be made to further improve the department’s performance and ensure effective dissemination of information to the public. He also expressed his commitment to utilizing all available resources for the improvement and institutional strengthening of the department.
