KOHAT: The well-equipped Ambulance gifted by the MOL Company for the people of Tehsil Gumbat Kohat district, with the efforts of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister on Law and Parliamentary Affairs Aftab Alam Advocate, MNA Shahryar Afridi and Tehsil Chairman Sajid Iqbal, was formally handed over to the Rescue 1122 Gumbat on Monday.
A formal ceremony to this effect was held in Gumbat in which the Law Minister Aftab Alam Advocate was participated as a Chief Guest. Deputy Commissioner Kohat Abdul Akram Chitrali, TMO Tehsil Gumbat and Officers of Rescue 1122 were also present on this occasion.
The Law Minister on this occasion, while thanking the MOL Company for gifting the Ambulance for the people of Gumbat Tehsil, said that now the people of Gumbat will be able to get ambulance facilities 24 Hours by contacting 1122, in any emergency. He said that Rs.700 Million have also been approved for the construction of the building of Gumbat Tehsil, on which work will start soon.
The people of the area have thanked the Law Minister and Shehryar Afridi MNA for upgrading the Rescue 1122 Gumbat facilities.
