PESHAWAR: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Metropolitan Peshawar organized a ceremony to mark the 47th death anniversary of Quaid-e-Awam Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto at Hujra Haji Umar Khattab Mohmand, Akhunabad, with great reverence and respect.
The event was attended by PPP Peshawar Division President Haji Misbahuddin, Provincial Senior Vice President Syed Ayub Shah, Provincial Vice President Abidullah Yousafzai, Provincial President Culture Wing Khawaja Yawar Naseer, Study Circle In-charge Comrade Anwar Zeb, along with other senior leaders.
A large number of representatives from PPP PK organizations, Metropolitan Peshawar organization, neighborhood chairmen, Peoples Youth Organization, and Peoples Students Organization participated in the event. Various political and social personalities, as well as workers associated with the ideology of Bhuttoism, were also present in significant numbers.
Speakers paid rich tribute to Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto for his political services, struggle for democracy, and sacrifices for the protection of public rights. They stated that Bhutto gave a voice to the गरीब masses, provided them with identity, and gifted the country a unanimous Constitution. They emphasized that Bhuttoism remains a living ideology based on equality, justice, and the supremacy of the people.
The speakers further said that the Pakistan Peoples Party continues to follow Bhutto’s philosophy and remains committed to serving the public.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, special prayers were offered for the elevation of the ranks of Shaheed Bhutto, as well as for peace, stability, and the strengthening of democracy in the country. Participants also reaffirmed their commitment to promoting Bhuttoism and strengthening the party.
