Addressing a press conference at Jamrud Press Club, Wadan Gul son of Sharbat Khan, resident of Zakha Khel, said that in 2008 he purchased 3 Jerib 8 Marla land in Bara Milward from Dunya Gul Akakhel and constructed his house on it and gave it to tenants.
He said that during the operation in Bara when people were displaced and later returned, Dunya Gul illegally occupied his house. He said he repeatedly asked for a Jirga but he refused.
Wadan Gul alleged that he approached Bara Police but the police are not registering his FIR. While Dunya Gul has gone into hiding himself and has falsely accused him of kidnapping.
He demanded from the IG, and CCPO Mian Saeed and higher authorities that justice should be provided to him, the illegal occupation of his house should be ended and Bara Police should be bound to register his FIR.
