PESHAWAR : On the directives of SP Rural, Nisar Khan Barki has been elected Secretary of the Dispute Resolution Council (DRC) Chamkani. The relevant authorities have completed the necessary formalities and assigned him the responsibilities of managing the administrative affairs of the DRC Chamkani.
His appointment is aimed at making the council’s operations more effective and organized, expediting the resolution of disputes through mutual understanding and reconciliation, and facilitating timely justice for the public.
The relevant authorities expressed hope that Nisar Khan Barki would perform his responsibilities efficiently and play an effective role in further strengthening the functioning of the DRC. Efforts will continue through the DRC platform to promote peaceful settlement of disputes at the local level and encourage reconciliation between the parties.
