Nowshera: ASO Peshawar Owais Shah set up an awareness stall at the First Citrus Expo held at Taj Mahal Restaurant, engaging government officials, private sector stakeholders, and local farmers in discussions on sustainable citrus cultivation.
During the event, HO FAC Mardan Dr. Irshad and ASO Owais Shah briefed participants on the benefits of balanced and efficient fertilizer use, highlighting FFC’s enhanced efficiency fertilizers such as SUZC, SUNC, and Boron DAP. The presentation emphasized improved soil health, nutrient availability, and sustainable crop production.
Farmers were also guided on soil and water sampling techniques to make informed fertilizer decisions, aiming to boost productivity, reduce costs, and maintain long-term soil fertility. Technical literature and informational materials were distributed to strengthen participants’ knowledge of modern agricultural practices.
The awareness stall generated significant interest, reflecting FFC’s commitment to farmer education, innovation, and sustainable agriculture development.
