ISLAMABAD: Dr. Anum Fatima, a Grade-18 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), has been appointed Additional Deputy Commissioner General (ADCG), Islamabad.
Dr. Anum Fatima has held several key administrative positions in Islamabad, including Chief Officer, Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI), Director Municipal Administration (DMA), and Deputy Director General Enforcement, CDA.
During her tenure, she played an active role in anti-encroachment operations, retrieval of public land, removal of illegal constructions and clearance of roads and public spaces.
As Director Municipal Administration, she also focused on improving civic services and public facilitation. She helped establish a dedicated Facilitation Centre to provide citizens with better guidance and municipal services.
She has also served in Punjab in various field administration roles. With her extensive experience in civic management, enforcement and public service delivery, her appointment as ADCG Islamabad is expected to further strengthen district administration and improve services for citizens.
