PESHAWAR : A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Pakistan Culture, Tourism and Arts Organization (PCTO) and the Pakistan International Human Rights Organization (PIHRO) during a dignified ceremony held in Islamabad.
On the occasion, Habib Malik Orakzai, Chairman of the Pakistan International Human Rights Organization (PIHRO), and Javed Aziz Khilji, Chairman of the Pakistan Culture, Tourism and Arts Organization (PCTO), signed the agreement.
Addressing the ceremony, both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to working together for the promotion of Pakistan’s culture, tourism, fine arts, protection of national heritage, and advancement of human rights. They stated that the MoU would serve as a strong foundation for cooperation between the two organizations and would play a significant role in organizing awareness campaigns, seminars, conferences, training programs, and cultural events at both national and international levels.
The two chairmen expressed confidence that this partnership would contribute to promoting peace, tolerance, cultural harmony, respect for human rights, and projecting a positive image of Pakistan.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, representatives of both organizations reiterated their commitment to strengthening mutual cooperation and undertaking practical initiatives to preserve cultural heritage, promote tourism, and raise public awareness about human rights. They described the MoU as an important milestone toward long-term collaboration between the two organizations.
