Peshawar (Sports Reporter) – In the ongoing Peshawar District Cricket Championship Zone Two, organized by the Peshawar District Cricket Association, Family Club and Shaheen Club secured victories in their respective matches.
At the Gymkhana Ground, during the T20 Cricket Championship, the first match was played between Family Club and Hashtnagar Club. Hashtnagar Club won the toss and opted to bat first, scoring 193 runs in the allotted overs. Sadaqat was the top scorer with 84 runs, followed by Ayan with 22. Imran and Junaid took two wickets each.
Family Club successfully chased the target, scoring the required runs with the loss of five wickets. Shah Fahad scored 54, Muhammad Uzair 37, and Qasim Ali contributed 75 runs.
In the second match, Shaheen Club defeated Kisan Club by eight wickets. Batting first, Kisan Club managed to score only 69 runs in the allotted overs. In response, Shaheen Club achieved the target with the loss of just two wickets.
