Charsadda:An annual speech competition was organized at Peshawar Millennium School Charsadda for students from Grade One to Grade Ten. During the event, students delivered well-reasoned and passionate speeches on a variety of national, Islamic, social, and educational topics. A large number of students, teachers, Principal Nusrat Nazir, and School Director Khawaja Shiraz Nasir attended the ceremony.
On this occasion, students who secured top positions were awarded shields and other prizes. While addressing the event, School Director Khawaja Shiraz Nasir and Principal Nusrat Nazir stated that the purpose of organizing speech competitions is to promote self-expression, confidence, and leadership qualities among students. They emphasized that Peshawar Millennium School Charsadda not only focuses on students’ education but also gives special attention to their character development. Co-curricular activities are regularly organized alongside academic ones to help instill confidence, discipline, and tolerance in students so that they can become responsible citizens and successful individuals in practical life.
They further stated that the students of Peshawar Millennium School Charsadda are demonstrating their intelligence and capabilities not only in academics but also on platforms like speech competitions. Such activities play a vital role in refining students’ personalities. They praised the confidence and preparation shown by the students during their speeches, calling it commendable.
Additionally, they mentioned that Peshawar Millennium School Charsadda had organized national-level speech competitions and successfully hosted Quran recitation contests for both private and public schools of District Charsadda. Events like these not only provide students opportunities to showcase and refine their talents but also cultivate a spirit of study, curiosity, and research, as well as encourage a healthy competitive environment.
They concluded by highlighting that students from Peshawar Millennium School Charsadda earned the distinction of securing first position across the district in a Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) quiz competition held last month.
