PESHAWAR: The Elementary & Secondary Education Foundation (ESEF), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and the Human Development Foundation (HDF) formalized a strategic partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the ESEF Committee Room.
The MoU was signed by Managing Director ESEF KP, Qaisar Alam, and Chief Executive Officer HDF, Ms. Samman Islam, marking a significant step toward enhanced collaboration in the education and development sectors.
The partnership aims to improve access to quality education, promote innovative learning initiatives, and support sustainable community development, particularly in underserved areas of the province. Under the agreement, HDF will collaborate with ESEF in the education sector while also supporting ESEF community schools through improved hygiene standards and provision of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) facilities.
The ceremony was attended by Director Programs HDF, Mr. Zulfiqar, along with Usman and Ishaq, Program Managers at HDF. From ESEF, Director Programs Habib ur Rehman and Deputy Director (FS) Ms. Uzma Rehman were also present.
Both organizations reaffirmed their commitment to jointly working for community uplift and the advancement of the education sector in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
