SHANGLA: In celebration of Pakistan’s Independence Day 2024, schools across Tehsil Chakesar, district Shangla, held spirited events and competitions under the directives of the Sub-Divisional Education Officer (Chakesar) and the supervision of Assistant Sub-Divisional Education Officer, Circle Chakesar, Najibullah.
Assistant SDEO Najibullah visited several schools, attended events, and praised the students’ performances. He participated in flag-hoisting ceremonies and joined students in singing national songs. In his speeches, he highlighted the sacrifices behind Pakistan’s independence and stressed the duty of every citizen to safeguard it.
Najibullah urged students to excel academically while upholding moral values, discipline, and patriotism. The events featured speeches, national songs, and quiz competitions on Pakistan’s history, drawing appreciation from parents, teachers, and the local community. Teachers noted that such activities are vital in fostering national awareness and unity among the younger generation.
