Dera Ismail Khan: Under the chairmanship of SDEO Education Paharpur, Dr. Humayun Khattak, a high-level meeting was held to discuss the admission campaign, school cleanliness, tree plantation, and improving the quality of education. The meeting saw large participation from heads of educational institutions, including ASDEO Ishaq Chauhan.
Dr. Khattak emphasized making the admission campaign more effective and achieving its targets. He called for increased community involvement and directed that walks be organized to boost participation.
The SDO Paharpur Circle announced a tehsil-level tree plantation drive, pledging a record number of saplings to be planted this season. He also highlighted the importance of conducting school cleanliness campaigns in an organized manner.
Addressing educational institution heads, Dr. Khattak instructed that teaching be tailored to students’ needs, classroom charts be displayed effectively, and blackboards be actively used during lessons. He stressed strict enforcement of the education code, uniforms, and discipline, while urging teachers to prepare daily lesson plans and ensure students have access to clean drinking water.
Dr. Humayun Khattak concluded by affirming that nations that prioritize education are the ones that achieve real progress.
