ISLAMABAD: Türkiye’s Ambassador to Pakistan, İrfan Neziroğlu, attended the certificate distribution ceremony of the Turkish Summer Camp for Children, organized by the Yunus Emre Institute at Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU).
Speaking on the occasion, Ambassador Neziroğlu said language carries not only words but also the shared heritage, mutual trust, and enduring brotherhood between Türkiye and Pakistan.
The children participated in Turkish language classes, archery, calligraphy, traditional games, and other educational and cultural activities during the summer camp.
Following the successful completion of the Islamabad programme, similar camps will be held in Karachi and Lahore this summer, with plans to expand the initiative to more cities across Pakistan next year.
