HYDERABAD: U.S. Consul General Charles Goodman recently visited the Colgate-Palmolive (Pakistan) Ltd. manufacturing facility in Kotri, Hyderabad, highlighting the company as a prominent example of long-term American investment in Sindh.
The partnership between Lakson Group and Colgate-Palmolive USA has continued for several decades and has helped establish the company as one of Pakistan’s leading consumer brands.
The Kotri facility manufactures essential consumer products for millions of households while providing employment opportunities and strengthening local industrial expertise.
The visit highlighted the enduring strength of the U.S.-Pakistan economic relationship and the role of private-sector investment in supporting local employment, industrial development and economic growth in Pakistan.
