Swat:The Vice-Chancellor of UEAS Swat, Prof. Dr. Gul Muhammad Khan, visited the under-construction campus of the university situated at Kabal Swat to assess the feasibility of infrastructure for starting four new bachelor’s programs in the computing field in September of this year. Project Director Dr. Qasim Khan accompanied the visit, where he assured the completion of academic block by August. Further, the vice-chancellor stressed and extended support for electricity design for the Kabal campus, as it requires installation of a mini grid station for effective load distribution, which is necessary for a computing-based university. Moreover, the vice-chancellor elaborated on his strategy for marketing and promotion to extend its reach to both national and international prospective students. The vice-chancellor emphasized the importance of building partnerships with educational institutions and industry leaders to enhance the university’s reputation and attract diverse students. He also mentioned plans for hosting events and workshops that would showcase the university’s programs and innovative research initiatives.
