MARDAN: In compliance with the directives of the Higher Education Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and on the special instructions of the Honourable Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Razia Sultana, Women University Mardan – observed Youm-e-Istehsaal Kashmir on 5th August 2025 with due solemnity and commitment.
The event was organized under the supervision of the Campus Coordinator, Mr. Kamran Khan, who addressed the participants and highlighted the ongoing cruelty and atrocities committed by the Indian government and its armed forces in the Indian-occupied Jammu & Kashmir. He emphasized the importance of raising awareness about the real face of the Indian oppression in the region.
Ms. Farah Momi also addressed the audience, shedding light on the unconstitutional abrogation of Article 370 by the Indian government, and its adverse impact on the identity, autonomy, and fundamental rights of the Kashmiri people.
At the conclusion of the event, a special prayer was offered for the freedom of the Kashmiri people in accordance with the United Nations resolutions.
