ISLAMABAD: Waziristan Warriors emerged victorious in the Pakistan Under-16 Football Championship, defeating Karachi Lights with a commanding 4–0 scoreline in the final match.
The National Football Championship, held under the Football Talent Development Program organized by the Pakistan Army, took place in Islamabad from August 22 to August 27. Eight teams from across the country participated in the tournament, showcasing promising young talent.
Lt. Gen. Shahid Imtiaz graced the closing ceremony as the chief guest and distributed prizes to the champions and the runners-up.
