Mardan:
Youm-e-Takbeer was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Government Higher Secondary School Baghdada, Mardan. A special ceremony was held on this occasion, with Assistant Commissioner Mardan, Ms. Shagufta Sarwar, as the chief guest.
Students highlighted the significance of the day through tableau, national songs, and speeches. ADO Sajid Khan performed the duties of the host.
In her concluding remarks, the chief guest, Ms. Shagufta Sarwar, Additional Assistant Commissioner Mardan, appreciated the efforts and preparations made by the teachers and students in connection with Youm-e-Takbeer. She stated that on this day, Pakistan gave a befitting response to India’s nuclear tests by conducting its own nuclear explosions, thereby making its defense invincible.
At the end of the ceremony, a walk was also organized. Later, the Additional Assistant Commissioner visited different sections of the school and appreciated the overall performance of the institution.
