ISLAMABAD: Faisal Zahid Malik has been appointed Chairman and Convener of the Central Standing Committee on Media and Broadcasting of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) for the year 2026.
The appointment was made under the leadership of Atif Ikram Sheikh as part of the federation’s committee structure for the upcoming term.
In his new role, Faisal Zahid Malik will head the committee responsible for strengthening coordination between the business community and the media sector. The committee will also focus on broadcasting affairs, public communication strategies, and policy engagement related to the industry.
Mr. Malik, who also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pakistan Observer, expressed gratitude to FPCCI President Atif Ikram Sheikh for the trust placed in him and thanked committee members for their support.
He said that collective consultation, unity, and professional commitment would enable the committee to effectively contribute to FPCCI’s objectives and support the wider business community in Pakistan.
