MARDAN: Dr. Nistha Riaz, Chief Executive of the Malala Fund, visited Women University Mardan, where she was warmly welcomed by Professor Dr. Razia Sultana, Vice Chancellor of the University.

During the visit, Dr. Riaz held an in-depth meeting with the Vice Chancellor to discuss collaborative efforts and future prospects in the area of women empowerment, particularly within the context of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The discussion centered on the importance of ensuring access to quality education, enhancing capacity-building initiatives, and creating leadership pathways for young women across the province.

Dr. Razia Sultana acknowledged the Malala Fund’s steadfast commitment to advancing girls’ education globally and outlined the university’s ongoing initiatives aimed at fostering academic excellence and nurturing female leadership. She also expressed interest in exploring future partnerships to further expand educational and professional opportunities for women in the region.
