Dera Ismail Khan: A long-pending issue regarding the registration of D.V.M students of the University of Agriculture Dera Ismail Khan with the Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council (PVMC) has finally been resolved.

All concerned students of the sessions 2021-26 and 2022-27 have been formally registered as Registered Veterinary Medical Students (RVMS) by PVMC.

This important development came through the unwavering commitment, continuous efforts and leadership of the current President PVMC and former Vice Chancellor University of Agriculture Dera, Prof. Dr. Shakibullah.

The long-standing issue was also resolved due to the timely guidance, decisions and effective coordination of Vice Chancellor University of Agriculture Dera, Dr. Muhammad Latif Gondal.

The university congratulated all teachers, administrative staff and especially the DVM students of the Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences who showed patience, courage and perseverance during this difficult period.

The university also expressed heartfelt sympathy to the students who faced academic and emotional difficulties in past years. It reaffirmed its commitment to resolve all outstanding academic issues of the DVM program on a priority basis and improve the educational journey of students in the future.
