PESHAWAR: Ashfaq Khan, a resident of Charsadda, has formally resigned from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and announced his joining of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N). The announcement was made during a gathering held at the residence of Samiullah Khan Burki, Provincial Organizer of PML-N Youth Wing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

During the event, Ashfaq Khan accepted official membership of PML-N from Samiullah Khan Burki and expressed his complete confidence in the leadership and policies of the party. He stated that his decision was motivated by his admiration for the vision and leadership of Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and the direction set by the Pakistan Muslim League-N.

Party leaders and supporters welcomed Ashfaq Khan’s inclusion, terming it a positive addition to the party’s growing influence in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
