PROVINCE REPORT
MALAKAND: Ayat Ullah, PhD scholar in the Department of Commerce & Management Sciences, University of Malakand, successfully presented his PhD thesis in a public defense ceremony held at the university. His research work was titled “Moderating Effect of Enabling Environment on the Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence & Individual Work Performance” under the supervision of Dr. Shabir Ahmad, Associate Professor, Department of Commerce & Management Sciences, University of Malakand.
The external examiners for the defense included Prof. Dr. Muhammad Naveed from City University of Science & Technology, Peshawar, and Dr. Mustafa Afeef from Islamia College University, Peshawar, who evaluated the research and engaged in detailed academic discussion with the scholar.
The ceremony was attended by the Honorable Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Rashid Ahmad, along with Prof. Dr. Shafiq ur Rehman, Dean Faculty of Management Sciences, and Prof. Dr. Nazim Ali, Chairperson, Department of Commerce & Management Sciences. Faculty members congratulated Mr. Ayat Ullah and his research supervisor Dr. Shabir Ahmad on the successful completion of the PhD public defense.
