Bajaur : Bajaur Police have successfully solved a complex blind murder case, revealing that the victim’s own neighbor was involved in the crime. According to police, the suspect has confessed to the murder during interrogation.
According to details, Ibrahim, son of Muhammad Khan and a resident of Tot Shah Tangi in Khar, was brutally murdered on March 5. Initially, the case remained completely untraced; however, the police managed to crack the case within a short time using modern scientific investigation techniques.
Police officials stated that the suspect attempted to destroy evidence by pouring petrol on the victim’s body and setting it on fire, which further complicated the case.
Taking serious notice of the incident, District Police Officer Bajaur, Muhammad Khalid, constituted a special investigation team led by SP Investigation Naveed Iqbal. The team included DSP Khar Abdul Aziz, SHO Gulzada, Investigation Officer Islamuddin, and In-charge of the District Police Technical Team Shahzeb Hassan.
The investigation team worked tirelessly, utilizing advanced technology and scientific methods to examine different aspects of the case. Through surveillance of suspects and analysis of technical data, the team ultimately traced the accused.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the victim’s own neighbor was involved in the murder. Initial findings suggest that the suspect had an interest in the victim’s fiancée, which motivated him to commit the crime.
The police arrested the suspect in a timely and effective operation, and he later confessed to the crime. With the arrest and confession, the complex case has been brought to a logical conclusion, and justice has been provided to the victim’s family.
District Police Officer Muhammad Khalid appreciated the team’s performance and reiterated the commitment to continue indiscriminate action against criminal elements to ensure the safety of lives and property of the public.
