A solemn memorial reference was held at the Abdul Wali Khan Guest House in Chitral to honor the memory of the late Amirullah Khan Yeftali, a prominent social, cultural, and sports personality of Chitral. The event was attended by notable figures from political, social, literary, and religious circles.
Speakers at the event paid rich tribute to the selfless services of Amirullah Khan Yeftali, stating that he was not only an outstanding polo player but also played a key role in promoting Chitrali culture, establishing the Laspur Heritage Museum, and serving the community in various capacities.
Those who addressed the gathering included Dr. Ali Akbar Qazi, Professor Israruddin, Dr. Inayatullah Faizi, Haji Eidul Hussain (President ANP), former MPA Syed Sardar Hussain Shah, Advocate Sahib Nadir, Advocate Abdul Wali Khan Abid, Suhrawardi Khan Yeftali, Maulana Khaliquzzaman (Khatib Shahi Mosque), Liaqat Hussain, Afzalullah Afzal, Ansar Naumani, Prince Tanvir-ul-Mulk (President Anjuman), Zafarullah Parwaz (renowned poet), Zahiruddin Babar (President Chitral Press Club), SP Shafi Shafa, and Inayatullah Aseer Chitrali.
