DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Commissioner Dera Dawood Khan has termed the launch of the first-ever newsletter by the Dera Education Board as a commendable and positive initiative, saying it will effectively highlight the board’s constructive activities and achievements.
He expressed these views while addressing the concluding session of a prestigious ceremony organized by the Dera Education Board.
The commissioner congratulated Chairman Dera Education Board Professor Dr. Ehsanullah and his team on the successful launch of the newsletter.
On the occasion, Commissioner Dera Dawood Khan was accompanied by Assistant to Commissioner Poll and Development Sajjad Baloch, Secretary Board Dr. Qayyum Nawaz, Controller Dr. Qaiser Anwar, and Research and Development Officer Inamullah Khan Gandapur.
Speaking at the event, the commissioner said that in the modern era it is essential for institutions to effectively communicate their performance and achievements to the public, adding that the newsletter would serve as an important medium in this regard.
He further stated that such initiatives are the need of the hour for promoting transparency, research, and positive educational activities, adding that the Dera Education Board has set a positive example for other institutions through this unique step.
