Kohat: Commissioner Kohat Division Syed Motasim Billah Shah has under the Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Program “Awami Agenda”, visited the Kalaya, Orakzai district along with the Deputy Commissioner Orakzai Muhammad Irfanuddin Chitrali where he held a high-level meeting in which the Heads of all the departments participated.
The meeting, chaired by the Commissioner Kohat discussed in detail various developmental projects of the area, public issues, and other important matters. During the meeting, each department gave a detailed briefing on the progress, problems, and future action plan related to its respective sector.
Commissioner Kohat strictly directed all the concerned departments and institutions to complete the ongoing developmental projects within stipulated time and ensure coordinated and effective measures to resolve the problems faced by the public.
Motasim Billah, on this occasion, while expressing his satisfaction over the pace of development works in the area, said that the government is making serious efforts for the rapid development of the tribal districts and the welfare of the people, therefore, all the institutions should fulfill their responsibilities in this regard in a good manner.
Meanwhile, Commissioner Kohat also met the elders of the area there and consulted them on the developmental strategy as well as law and order in the district. He also organized an open court for the immediate resolution of the problems of the common people, which was widely appreciated by the public.
