PESHAWAR: The graduation ceremony of the 47th Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) was held at NIPA Peshawar, where officers from the federal, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) governments were awarded certificates upon successful completion of the training programme.

Director General Captain (Retd.) Usman Gul attended the ceremony as the chief guest. Addressing the graduating officers, he congratulated them and urged them to maintain a positive, courteous and people-friendly attitude while performing their official duties.

He stressed that the professional skills and knowledge acquired during the course would help officers improve administrative efficiency and ensure effective, people-oriented public service delivery.

Earlier, a detailed course report was presented, highlighting the key training modules, activities and achievements of the 47th MCMC cohort.

The ceremony concluded with appreciation for the contributions of the faculty and organisers towards strengthening public-sector capacity, professional competence and excellence in governance.
