KOHAT: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister on Law Aftab Alam Advocate has specially attended the historic reconciliation ceremony held between the two key parties, Saifur Rehman son of Gul Akhtar Khan and Nazir Khan son of Muhammad Yousuf Khan, in Bazi Khel area of Qom Zarghun Khel of Darra Adam Khel Tehsil of Kohat District. The reconciliation was made possible through the mediation and key reconciliation role of reputable elders, elites and social figures of the area.
According to details, there was an old and serious enmity going on between these parties in which 3 precious lives were also lost. Both the parties, ending all old grudges and differences in the presence of the Provincial Law Minister, local elders and dignitaries and announced reconciliation in the spirit of brotherhood and peace. This historic reconciliation ended the long-standing tension in the region.
The local elders described the reconciliation as a courageous and positive step, saying that it not only brought peace to both the families but also promoted an atmosphere of peace and security in the entire region. They emphasized that we have to forget the bitterness of the past and walk together for the better future of our youth. They termed this reconciliation as a good omen for the coming tomorrow.
At the end, special Dua was offered for the eternal peace of the martyrs and the ceremony was end with the resolve to maintain the atmosphere of peace and brotherhood.
