CM Ali Amin Gandapur to Attend as Chief Guest at Nishtar Hall

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sports Heroes Awards Ceremony will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, July 22, at 5 PM at Nishtar Hall, Peshawar, to honour outstanding athletes of the province who have earned recognition on the international stage.
Director of Operations Sports KP, Jamshed Baloch, announced the details while speaking to the media, stating that the ceremony aims to celebrate and encourage top-performing athletes of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The event will be graced by Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur as the chief guest, alongside Provincial Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs, Syed Fakhar Jahan.
Jamshed Baloch further shared that:
•KP Under-21 Games medalists will receive scholarship awards as earlier promised by the Sports Minister.
•Monthly scholarship checks will also be distributed to medal winners of the Quaid-e-Azam Games.
“This ceremony is not just an awards event — it’s a tribute to our sports heroes whose dedication has brought pride to the province and the nation,” said Baloch.
The Sports Heroes Awards serve as a platform to recognize talent, commitment, and excellence in sports and to motivate the next generation of athletes from the province.
