Peshawar:The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Lacrosse Association (KPLA), in collaboration with Hazara Divisional Lacrosse Association, organized a Lacrosse Clinic and inaugurated the Lacrosse Academy at Peace College Haripur. This initiative was launched under the grassroots development project led by Syed Salar Jehan, President of KPLA, aimed at promoting lacrosse across educational institutions by providing free lacrosse sticks and professional training.

The Lacrosse Academy was officially inaugurated by Mr. Khalid Jadoon, Principal of Peace College Haripur, alongside Director Sports Danish Khan. The training session was led by Secretary of Hazara Division Lacrosse Association Ms. Muqaddas Tariq, along with international lacrosse players Ms. Momina Tariq and Ms. Gul Pari, and Engr. Taifoor Zarin.

A total of 50 female athletes received training in basic lacrosse skills, techniques, and gameplay. At the end of the event, souvenirs, awards, lacrosse sticks, and participation certificates were distributed by Engr. Taifoor Zarin, Secretary General of the Pakistan Lacrosse Federation.

Mr. Khalid Jadoon expressed his strong commitment to promoting lacrosse and sports in the Peace Educational System. He also announced the launch of an inter-class lacrosse championship scheduled for later this month.
