PESHAWAR: A review meeting of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority was held under the chair of Director General Irum Naz to assess the progress of ongoing digital transformation initiatives within the Authority.
During the meeting, Director ICT Aftab Ahmad along with his team gave a comprehensive presentation on major ICT-based projects. These included the KPRA ERP modules, Appeals Management System, and the KPRA E-Sahulat App, all aimed at modernizing revenue operations and improving public service delivery.
The participants were also briefed on KPRA’s progress regarding digitisation-related Disbursement Linked Indicators (DLIs) under the World Bank-supported programme.
Expressing satisfaction over the overall progress, the Director General appreciated the ICT team’s performance and contribution toward strengthening digital systems within the Authority. She emphasized that the adoption of modern technology is essential for improving efficiency, enhancing transparency, and upgrading tax administration mechanisms across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
