PROVINCE REPORT
PESHAWAR: The All Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Junior and Senior Full Contact Karate Championship concluded successfully at Hadi International Karate Academy (Karate Headquarters), Gulbahar, Peshawar. Organized by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Full Contact Karate Association with the support of the Directorate General of Sports Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the championship featured outstanding performances by junior and senior male and female athletes from across the province.
The event’s chief guest, international karate referee, President of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Full Contact Karate Association, and Chief Instructor, Shehan Sahibzada Elhadi, distributed trophies, medals, and certificates among the winners. He praised the athletes for their dedication and emphasized that such competitions promote discipline, confidence, and healthy sporting activities among youth.
Top male performers included Abu Talha, Yahya Hadi, Muhammad Sinan, Abdullah, Syed Ehsanullah, Muhammad Yousaf, Fawad Ali, Muhammad Zaid, and Abdul Raqeeb, while Javeria Hadi, Yashfa Nasir, Eshal, and Hoorain excelled in the women’s category. At the closing ceremony, Shehan Sahibzada Elhadi and Mrs. Nasir Khan presented awards and certificates to the successful participants. Coaches, parents, and participants appreciated the organizers for hosting a well-managed championship and expressed hope for more such quality events in the future.
