ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s U23 World Squash Champion Noor Zaman has achieved a historic family milestone after becoming the third generation of his family to receive the prestigious award.
Noor Zaman expressed gratitude to Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Babar Sidhu, Air Vice Marshal Sohail Akbar, Air Marshal Kazim Hammad, Secretary Pakistan Squash Federation Aamir Nawaz, the Pakistan Squash Federation, his coaches, team, supporters and the media for their continued guidance and encouragement.
He said the honour was a proud moment not only for him but also for his family and Pakistan’s squash community.
Noor Zaman, currently ranked World No. 27, said the support and mentorship of senior officials and his coaches played an important role in his performance and success.
He described the achievement as a historic milestone for his family and dedicated the honour to everyone who had supported his journey.
