PESHAWAR: The three-day Rah-eKamyabi Conference 2025 was successfully organized at Cantt Public School and College Nowshera, showcasing exceptional planning and execution. Skilled women from various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa participated in large numbers, representing areas including Nowshera, Peshawar, Charsadda, Mardan, Swabi, Haripur, Abbottabad, Jehangira, Akora, and surrounding regions. The conference hosted competitions in multiple categories, including hand embroidery, crochet work, stitching, dress designing, candle making, beautician skills, and mehndi art. A significant number of women demonstrated their creative abilities and technical expertise in these events. The closing ceremony featured distinguished guests, including Raja Haider Shuja, Chief Executive Officer of Nowshera Cantonment Board; Anila Naz, AIG Gender; social activist Syeda Naheed Akhtar; and Chief Organizer Syeda Mahvish Bukhari. The guests of honour distributed awards and certificates to women who excelled in various categories. Throughout the three-day conference, several technical and awareness sessions were organized for participants and students. A dedicated session on foreign affairs highlighted the legal consequences and risks associated with illegal travel abroad. Additionally, sessions on ACCA evidence and entrepreneurship provided guidance on transforming skills into business ventures, developing business plans, and navigating business registration procedures. The conference received overwhelming appreciation from attendees and organizers. During the closing ceremony, speakers praised the efforts of Chief Organizer Syeda Mahvish Bukhari and Lead Organizer Syed Ehtesham Hussain Shah Bukhari for their outstanding leadership and teamwork in successfully managing the event. Core committee members were also presented with tokens of appreciation in recognition of their contributions. Rah-e-Kamyabi Conference 2025 not only showcased the talents of skilled women but also empowered them with practical knowledge about economic independence and entrepreneurial opportunities. The event set a positive and sustainable precedent for future initiatives aimed at women’s development and empowerment.
